Eastern Conference Rankings: 1.0
A few weeks ago, Paul Figer, a Rebels blogger over at Figler Files, had the idea of putting together a bi-weekly WHL power rankings. This is the first installment.
The rankings are assembled by various play-by-play men and bloggers across the league. Each contributor submits their rankings and Paul tabulates the votes.
